On June 13 legendary U.S. noise music group Wolf Eyes played a show at Riga, Latvia’s 1983 bar. The event was organized by Skaņu Mežs association for adventurous music – the last time Skaņu Mežs collaborated with Wolf Eyes, was more than 17 years ago.
The concert also featured +K+M+B (Kristians Brekte, Modris Svilāns and Māris Butlers) and Zolitude (Viktors Timofejevs, Aleksis Lūriņš and Kaspars Groševs).
The event was the final part of the current run of Skaņu Mežs’ concert series 1 – 2 cauri! which, during 2024, was supported by the Culture Capital Foundation of Latvia and Riga City Council, as well as radio NABA.
