Helena Pulkkinen (FI) is a Helsinki-based artist working across sound, music and visual arts. Their note and collage-like songs are built through careful selection of vocal experiments, fragments of electronic music and documented everyday sounds.

Working with processes of stacking, repeating and removing sound and words, Pulkkinen is interested in opening up the subtle and ambiguous tensions, emotional charges and reactions embedded in the structures of everyday life and feelings.
