Kriputapus (LV) is an interdisciplinary artist working with sound, installation, drawing and improvised music. His musical project grows from his wider artistic practice, where kriputapus works with urban traces, field recordings, feedback, handmade instruments, fragile systems and the transformation of found materials into temporary scores.

Kriputapus plays with pre-recorded samples, everyday sounds, phone-based samplers, small instruments, feedback and live improvisation. Often the music is made on the spot, by recombining prepared fragments with instruments or tools he doesn't fully know how to play.
